Career and Technical Education

Students in the Business Operations and Technology pathway learn to plan, organize, direct, and control the functions and processes of a firm or organization and be successful in a work environment. They analyze communication to direct the choice of oral and written methods and techniques, and use Microsoft Excel to sort and search records, combine files, produce reports, and extract data from a file. In the capstone, students discuss, identify, research, and apply emerging technologies necessary for today’s business operations.
